Look for the bus route that includes the stop at Ashley River Rd. After getting off at the Ashley River Rd stop, walk approximately 10 minutes south along Ashley River Rd to reach Middleton Place.
Bicycle
If you're comfortable riding a bike, you can rent one from a local rental shop in Mount Pleasant. Start by heading towards the Ravenel Bridge. Once you cross the bridge, continue straight until you reach the fork at Broad St. Take a left onto Broad St and continue until you reach Ashley River Rd. Turn right on Ashley River Rd and bike for about 3 miles until you reach Middleton Place. The route is scenic and mostly flat, perfect for leisurely biking.
