From Greenville, SC, take I-85 South towards Atlanta. Continue on I-85 for about 30 miles until you reach exit 51B for I-385 South towards Columbia. Merge onto I-385 and continue for approximately 50 miles. Take exit 54 for US-76 East towards Sumter. After about 11 miles, take the exit onto US-521 South. Continue on US-521 for approximately 30 miles until you reach SC-261 South. Follow SC-261 South for about 10 miles, then turn right onto Milford Plantation Rd. The Millford Historic Site will be on your left at 7320 Milford Plantation Rd, Pinewood, SC 29125.
