From the Badlands National Park, exit the park via the Pinnacles Entrance. Take SD-240 W towards Wall. After about 20 miles, merge onto I-90 W. Continue on I-90 for approximately 10 miles, then take Exit 110 for Wall. Follow the signs to Wall, and once in town, turn left onto Main St. Wounded Knee the Museum is located at 600 Main St, Wall, SD 57790.
