From Big Sioux Recreation Area, head west on SD-34 W towards Sioux Falls. Continue on SD-34 W for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with I-29 N. Merge onto I-29 N and drive for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 80 for 12th St towards Sioux Falls. Turn right onto E 12th St and then left onto S Oxbow Ave. The Butterfly House & Aquarium will be on your right at 4320 S Oxbow Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57106.
