If you are driving, start from the center of Gangneung. Take the Donghae Expressway (No. 65) towards Donghae. After approximately 20 km, take exit 4 for Gangneung East. Continue straight on the road for about 10 km until you reach the junction for Yeongok-myeon. Follow the signs for Yeongok Beach (영진해변). After turning onto the road leading to Yeongok Beach, you will see signs directing you to the beach parking area. The total driving time should be around 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

To reach Yeongok Beach by public transportation, start at Gangneung Bus Terminal. Take bus number 202 or 203, which heads towards Yeongok. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as the frequency may vary. Once you arrive at the Yeongok bus stop, follow the signs that point towards Yeongok Beach, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop.
