If you're driving, head towards Gangneung-si. From central Gangwon Province, take the Donghae Expressway (E61) heading towards Gangneung. After about 30 minutes, take the exit towards Heonhwa-ro. Once you exit, follow Heonhwa-ro for approximately 10 kilometers. Sandglass Park will be on your right at the address 990 Heonhwa-ro, Gangdong-myeon, Gangneung-si. Ensure to check for parking availability upon arrival.

For those using public transportation, start at the Gangneung Intercity Bus Terminal. Take a local bus that goes towards Gangdong-myeon. Buses such as the 202 or 203 usually serve this route. The bus ride will take about 30-40 minutes, and you should disembark at the stop nearest to Sandglass Park. From the bus stop, it's a short walk (about 10 minutes) along Heonhwa-ro to reach the park. The ticket fare is approximately 1,200 KRW.
