Car
If you're driving from Miryang Valley to Gyeongbokgung Palace, start by getting onto National Route 5 from Miryang. Follow the signs to Busan and then merge onto the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) towards Seoul. Continue on the Gyeongbu Expressway for approximately 2.5 hours until you reach the outskirts of Seoul. Once you are in Seoul, take exit 1A towards Sejong-daero and keep following the signs for 'Gyeongbokgung Palace'. You will find parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Gyeongbokgung Palace via public transportation, first, make your way to Miryang Station. From there, take a KTX (Korea Train Express) train to Seoul Station, which takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive at Seoul Station, transfer to Line 1 of the Seoul Subway and travel to City Hall Station (2 stops). At City Hall Station, transfer to Line 2 (Green Line) and travel to Gyeongbokgung Station (1 stop). Exit the station and follow the signs to Gyeongbokgung Palace. The total cost for the train journey is approximately 50,000 KRW (~$40 USD) for the KTX and around 1,500 KRW (~$1.20 USD) for the subway.
