If you are driving, start from any location in Pyeongchang Ski Resorts. Navigate to the 6th road (Pyeongchang to Hoengseong) and follow the signs towards Hoengseong. Continue on the 6th road until you reach the intersection leading to Dunnae-myeon. Turn onto Gowon-ro and follow it until you reach Welli Hilli Park at 451 Gowon-ro, Dunnae-myeon, Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do. Ensure you have a GPS or a navigation app for real-time directions.
