If you're traveling by car, start from the entrance of Seoraksan National Park. Head towards the main park road, Seoraksan-ro, and follow the signs for Biryong Falls. The drive is approximately 15 minutes (around 8 km). There is a parking area near the trailhead for Biryong Falls. The parking fee is around 2,000 KRW for the day. Once parked, continue on foot to the trailhead.

If you're using public transportation, first take a bus from Sokcho city to Seoraksan National Park. Buses to the park usually leave from Sokcho Intercity Bus Terminal. The fare is about 2,500 KRW and the ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can either walk to the trailhead of Biryong Falls, which takes around 30-40 minutes on foot, or take a local shuttle bus if available. The shuttle fare is typically around 1,000 KRW. Follow the signs towards Biryong Falls when you get off the shuttle.
