If you're driving, start from the Seoraksan National Park Entrance. Head east on the main road (National Route 44) for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to the Towangseong Falls Observatory. Turn left onto the road leading to the observatory and continue for about 2 kilometers until you reach the parking area. Parking may incur a fee of around 3,000 KRW.

If you're using public transport, take a bus from Sokcho to Seoraksan National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can take a local shuttle bus that operates within the park. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Towangseong Falls stop. The shuttle costs approximately 2,000 KRW per ride. The observatory is a short walk from the shuttle stop, so follow the signs that direct you to the Towangseong Falls Observatory.
