Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Jangan-gu, head southeast towards Jeongjo-ro. Continue straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Paldal-ro. Turn right onto Paldal-ro and walk for another 200 meters. Hwaseong Haenggung will be on your left, located at 825 Jeongjo-ro, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si.

    Find a nearby bus stop in Jangan-gu. Board Bus No. 11 or No. 13, which are common routes in the area. Get off at the 'Hwaseong Haenggung' stop. The historical site will be a short walk from the bus stop, about 150 meters to the east. Make sure to have some change or a transportation card, as a single fare is usually around 1,200 KRW.

    If you prefer taking the subway, head to Suwon Station on Line 1. From there, take a taxi or a local bus to Hwaseong Haenggung.
