Travel Guide to Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion (Dongbukgangnu)

Getting There

• Walking

  From Suwon Station (수원역), exit the station and head south to the main road (정조로). Turn left and walk straight for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Suwoncheon-ro. At this intersection, turn right onto Suwoncheon-ro. Continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views along Suwoncheon Stream. You will notice the entrance to the park on your right. Walk into the park, and follow the signs leading to Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion (Dongbukgangnu), which is located at 44-6 Suwoncheon-ro 392beon-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si.

• Subway and Walking

  Take Line 1 (the Dark Blue Line) from your current location to Suwon Station (수원역). Once you arrive, exit the station and walk south towards the main road (정조로). Turn left and proceed to the intersection with Suwoncheon-ro, where you will take a right. Walk along Suwoncheon-ro for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to the park on your right. Enter the park and follow the signs to Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion (Dongbukgangnu), located at 44-6 Suwoncheon-ro 392beon-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si.

• Bus

  From any point in Suwon, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 36 or 37. Request to get off at the 'Suwoncheon Park Entrance' stop (수원천공원입구). After getting off, you will see the park entrance directly ahead. Enter the park and follow the signs to Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion (Dongbukgangnu), which is located at 44-6 Suwoncheon-ro 392beon-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon-si.
