The Basilica of St Mary will be directly ahead at Plaza Santa María, about a 10-15 minute walk from Plaza del Carmen.

    If you are closer to the viewpoint at the end of Calle de la Virgen del Socorro, you can take a scenic route. Walk down to Calle de la Virgen del Socorro and head towards the main street, Avenida de la Constitución. Turn right and follow the Avenida until you reach Calle Santa María. Turn left onto Calle Santa María, and you will see the Basilica at Plaza Santa María in a few moments, approximately 15-20 minutes from the viewpoint.
