Travel towards 'La Pau' station. After about 9 stations, get off at 'La Pau'. At La Pau, transfer to the L2 (Purple Line) towards 'Badalona Pompeu Fabra'. Get off at 'Badalona Pompeu Fabra'. From there, exit the station and head to the bus stop for 'Montgat'. Take the bus (e.g., Bus 94) towards 'Montgat' and get off at 'Platja de Montgat'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to Platja Dels Toldos.

If you're near the Passeig de Gràcia station, take the R1 or R4 train towards 'Mataró' or 'Terrassa' respectively. Get off at 'Montgat' station, which is about a 25-minute ride. Once you exit the train station, head towards the coast. Follow the signs leading to the beach, and in about 10 minutes on foot, you will arrive at Platja Dels Toldos.

From the city center, you can take Bus 47 from 'Plaça de Catalunya' towards 'La Pau'. After about 20 minutes, transfer to Bus 94 at the 'La Pau' stop, heading towards 'Montgat'. This bus will take you directly to the beach area. Get off at the 'Platja de Montgat' stop, and walk a few minutes towards the beach.

For the more adventurous, rent a bicycle from one of the many bike rental services in Barcelona. Follow the coastal cycle path from Barcelona towards Montgat, which is approximately a 12 km ride. The ride is scenic and will take about 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive in Montgat, follow the signs leading to Platja Dels Toldos, which is easily accessible from the cycle path.
