From Barcelona, head to the nearest train station, which could be either Barcelona Sants or Estació de França. Purchase a ticket to El Masnou on the Rodalies train line (R1). The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at El Masnou station, exit the station and walk straight along Carrer de la Riera de Sant Bartomeu until you reach the beach. It’s about a 15-minute walk.

Alternatively, you can take the bus from Barcelona. Head to the Estació del Nord, where you can find bus services to El Masnou. Look for the bus line that operates towards El Masnou; the journey will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in El Masnou, follow the signs towards the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

Metro and Train Combination
You can also take the Metro. Start from any location in Barcelona and take Line 4 (Yellow Line) to Trinitat Nova. Transfer to the L1 (Red Line) towards Hospital de Bellvitge and get off at the Plaça de Catalunya. From there, follow the signs to the train station for Rodalies R1 towards Maçanet-Massanes. Get off at El Masnou station, and then walk to the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
