Walking
From the heart of El Born, head towards Passeig del Born. Walk down the street until you reach the intersection with Carrer del Comerç. Turn left onto Carrer del Comerç and continue straight. After a few minutes, you will reach the Plaça de les Olles. From there, take Carrer de la Tapineria, which is located at the eastern side of the square. Continue walking straight, and you will see the entrance to the Barcelona Roman city walls at Carrer de la Tapineria, 5, 19, Ciutat Vella. The walls are just a short distance from the square.

Public Transport (Metro)
If you're farther away in El Born and prefer to take public transport, walk to the nearest metro station, which is Jaume I (Line 4, the yellow line). Take the train towards Trinitat Nova and get off at the next stop, which is Urquinaona. Transfer to Line 1 (the red line) and take the train towards Fondo. Get off at the next stop, which is Catalunya. From Catalunya, follow the signs to Plaça de Catalunya, and then head towards Carrer de la Tapineria. It is a ten-minute walk from there to the Roman city walls.

If you're renting a bicycle, exit your location in El Born and head towards the bicycle lanes. Cycle along Carrer de la Princesa, which will lead you towards the Passeig del Born. Then, turn left onto Carrer del Comerç and follow the same directions as walking. The bike ride should take approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace.
