    If you are driving from San Sebastián, take the AP-1 highway towards Vitoria-Gasteiz. Continue on AP-1 for approximately 40 kilometers. Take exit 4 towards A-1/Burgos and merge onto the N-1. After about 15 kilometers, take the exit towards A-624 and follow it for 12 kilometers. Then, take the exit toward A-1 and merge onto N-240. Continue for about 5 kilometers, then follow the signs to the Sanctuary of Arantzazu. The sanctuary is located at Lugar 6, 20567, Gipuzkoa.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach the Sanctuary of Arantzazu using public transport from Bilbao, take the Euskotren (Train) from Abando station towards Eibar. Get off at the Eibar station. From there, catch the bus (Lurraldebus line A-2120) towards Arantzazu. The bus will take you directly to the Sanctuary. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may vary.

    From Vitoria-Gasteiz, head north on the N-1 highway. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit for the N-240 towards Oñati.
