From Girona, head to the Girona bus station (Estació d'Autobusos de Girona), which is located at Carrer de Joan Maragall, 45. Look for the bus company 'Sagalés' that operates services to Palamós. Purchase a ticket to Palamós. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Palamós bus station, exit the station and head towards the beach area. Follow the signs towards 'Cala dels Canyers,' which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus station. Walk along the main road (Carrer de la Vila) until you reach the coastal path leading to the cove.

Begin your journey at the Girona train station. Take a train towards Barcelona and get off at the Palafrugell station. From Palafrugell, transfer to the local bus (Línea 1) heading towards Palamós. Get off at the Palamós bus station. From there, follow the walking directions as mentioned above to reach Cala dels Canyers.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Girona. Head towards the coastal town of Palamós, which is about 40 kilometers away. Use the bike lanes and follow the signs for the cycling route to Palamós. Once you arrive in Palamós, follow directions to Cala dels Canyers by heading towards the beach area, which is about a 30-minute ride from the town center.
