If you are in the center of Madrid, head to the 'Gran Vía' station on Line 1 (light blue) or 'Callao' which is also on Line 3 (green). Take Line 1 towards 'Valdecarros' or Line 3 towards 'Moncloa'. Change at 'Chueca' station to Line 5 (green) and take it towards 'Casa de Campo'. Get off at 'Opera' station. From Opera, exit the station and walk towards the Plaza de Isabel II and then take Calle de los Reyes towards Plaza de Jesús. The Basílica will be on your left at Plaza Jesús, 2.

For bus travelers, you can take bus line 147 from 'Cibeles' (near the famous Cibeles Fountain) and get off at 'Plaza de Jesús'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you alight, you will already be at Plaza Jesús where the Basílica de Jesús de Medinaceli is located. The church is at number 2 on the square.

If you prefer walking and are already in the vicinity of central Madrid, the Basílica de Jesús de Medinaceli is easily accessible. Start from the 'Puerta del Sol', walk towards 'Plaza Mayor' and continue on Calle Mayor until you reach Plaza de Isabel II. From there, head to Calle de los Reyes. It’s about a 20-minute walk.
