Metro
If you're in the center of Madrid, head to the nearest Metro station. If you are near Puerta del Sol, take Line 1 (the light blue line) towards Valdecarros. Get off at the next stop, which is Gran Vía. From Gran Vía station, transfer to Line 5 (the green line) and head towards Casa de Campo. Get off at the next stop, which is Callao. Exit the station and walk towards Calle de Santiago. You can find Calle de Santiago a short 5-minute walk from Callao station, heading northwest.

To reach Calle de Santiago, you can take bus number 3 from Plaza de Cibeles. Board the bus at the bus stop located in front of the Palacio de Cibeles. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Gran Vía - Plaza de España'. From there, it’s just a 10-minute walk. Head southeast towards Gran Vía and take a left onto Calle de Santiago, where your destination is located at number 18.

Walking
If you are within walking distance, for instance from Plaza Mayor, head east on Calle de Toledo toward Calle de la Cruz. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de Santiago. Turn left onto Calle de Santiago, and you will soon see number 18 on your right. This walk should take around 15 minutes.
