If you're driving, head towards Montseny Natural Park. From Barcelona, take the AP-7 motorway towards Girona and exit at A-7 / C-25. Follow signs for Montseny. Once in the park, look for local signs directing you to Riera de la Foradada. Park your car in the designated parking area near the trailhead.

Public Transportation
To reach Salt del Mir using public transportation, first take a train from Barcelona to Sant Celoni (R2 line). From Sant Celoni, catch a local bus (L280) towards Montseny. Get off at Riera de la Foradada stop, which is the closest to Salt del Mir. The waterfall is about a 20-minute hike from the bus stop, following the marked trails.

Once you've reached the Riera de la Foradada bus stop, start your hike by following the well-marked trails. The path is relatively easy and takes you through beautiful natural scenery. After approximately 20-30 minutes of hiking, you will arrive at Salt del Mir. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water and snacks for your hike.
