Getting There

Bus
From the center of Oviedo, head to the Estación de Autobuses (bus station), located at Avenida de Galicia, 10. You can take the ALSA bus service to Colunga. Buses run regularly, so check the schedule at the station or on the ALSA website. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Colunga, exit the bus station and walk towards Rasa de San Telmo. The Jurassic Museum of Asturias is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Follow the signs towards the coast, and you’ll find the museum located at Rasa de San Telmo, s/n.

Train
From Oviedo, make your way to the Estación de Tren (train station) located at Calle de la Estación, 1. You can catch a train to Colunga. Note that not all trains stop at Colunga, so check the Renfe website for the latest timetable and stops. The train ride will take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Colunga, exit the train station and head towards Rasa de San Telmo. It’s about a 20-minute walk. Head south on Calle de la Estación, turn left onto Calle del Río, and continue straight until you reach the museum.
