Getting There

• Bus

  To reach the Jurassic Museum of Asturias from Oviedo, start by making your way to the Oviedo bus station (Estación de Autobuses de Oviedo), located at Calle de José Ramón García, 1. From the station, purchase a ticket for a bus to Colunga. Buses to Colunga are operated by ALSA, and the journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Colunga bus station, exit and head towards the main road (AS-260). Follow the signs to the Jurassic Museum, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. The museum is located at Rasa de San Telmo, s/n, 33328 Colunga, Asturias.

• Train and Bus

  From Oviedo, head to the Oviedo train station (Estación de tren de Oviedo), located at Calle de Uría, 1. Take a train to the nearest station, which is in Villaviciosa. Upon arrival, exit the train station and take a bus from Villaviciosa to Colunga. The bus journey should take around 30 minutes. Once you reach Colunga, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to the Jurassic Museum of Asturias at Rasa de San Telmo, s/n, 33328 Colunga, Asturias.

• Walking and Public Transport

  If you prefer a more scenic route, you can walk to the nearest bus stop and take public transport. Start from the center of Oviedo and walk to Plaza de la Constitución, where you can catch a bus to Colunga. This route may take longer, but it allows you to experience more of Oviedo before heading to the museum. Once in Colunga, follow the previously mentioned directions to walk to the Jurassic Museum, which is around 15 minutes from the bus stop.
