If you're starting from the Oviedo Cathedral, head south on Calle de la Catedral. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de la Constitución. Turn right onto Calle del Águila, and after a short walk, you will see the Monumento a Alfonso II el Casto at C. del Águila, 1.

From the main train station (Estación de Renfe), take bus number 1 towards 'La Cadellada'. Get off at the 'Calle del Águila' stop, which is only two stops away. Once you exit the bus, walk a short distance down the street, and the Monumento a Alfonso II el Casto will be located at C. del Águila, 1, directly in front of you.
