If you're driving, start by heading to the town of Potes, which is a key hub in the Picos de Europa region. From Potes, take the N-621 road towards the Cantabrian coast. After approximately 5 km, turn right onto the CA-185 road, which will lead you directly to the Monastery of Santo Toribio de Liebana. Continue on CA-185 for about 8 km, following the signs to the monastery. There is a parking area at the monastery where you can leave your car. Note that there is no specific fee for parking.

To reach the monastery via public transportation, take a bus from Potes to the village of Camaleño. The bus service is operated by ALSA, and you can check their timetable for the most current schedules. The bus ride takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Camaleño, the monastery is approximately a 30-minute walk uphill.
