Walking
If you are starting from the Santander city center, head towards the waterfront area. Walk east along the Paseo de Pereda, which runs parallel to the water. Continue until you reach the Plaza de Alfonso XIII. From there, turn right onto Calle del Marqués de la Hermida and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Reina Victoria. Turn left onto Calle de la Reina Victoria and continue walking until you reach the Parque de las Llamas. The Monumento a Neptuno Niño is located at the entrance of the park, just a short walk from the main road.

From the Santander bus station, you can take Bus Line 1 towards 'Somorrostro.' Get off at the 'Parque de las Llamas' stop. Once you disembark, head towards the park entrance, and you'll find the Monumento a Neptuno Niño located there. The entire journey should take about 15-20 minutes.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Santander. Start at the city center and ride along the waterfront on the Paseo de Pereda. After enjoying the views, continue eastward until you reach the Plaza de Alfonso XIII. From there, turn right onto Calle del Marqués de la Hermida. Follow this road until you reach Calle de la Reina Victoria, where you will turn left. Continue straight until you reach the Parque de las Llamas. The Monumento a Neptuno Niño will be located at the entrance to the park.
