Start your journey from the Anuradhapura Railway Station. Exit the station and head south on Station Road towards the main city area. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kandy Road (A9). Turn left onto Kandy Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for signage indicating directions to Jethawanarama. After 1 kilometer, turn right onto a small path that leads you towards the historic sites. Follow this path for about 500 meters until you reach the Jethawanarama stone fence, which is located at coordinates 8.349051, 80.403139.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the Anuradhapura Railway Station. Start your ride on Station Road heading south. After reaching Kandy Road (A9), turn left and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for signs directing you to Jethawanarama. After turning right onto the small path leading to the historical sites, cycle for another 500 meters until you arrive at the Jethawanarama stone fence (8CX3+J7C, Anuradhapura).
