If you are starting from the Anuradhapura City Centre, head north towards the Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi tree. From the tree, continue straight along the main road (Sri Maha Bodhi Road) for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction at the entrance of the archaeological park. At this junction, turn right onto the road leading to the Jethawanaramaya Temple complex. Follow the road for another 300 meters, and you will see the Jethawanarama Pilima Geya on your left. Look for the large stupa and the surrounding temple buildings.
