If you are starting from the Anuradhapura Railway Station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the main road, which is the Anuradhapura Road (A9). Cross over to the other side of the road carefully. Once on the main road, continue walking north for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries along the way. After approximately 20 minutes, you will come across the entrance to the Sacred City of Anuradhapura. Enter the sacred area and follow the signs towards Lovamahapaya, which is located near the Ruwanwelisaya stupa.
