From Arugam Bay, head south on the A4 road towards Panama. Continue on the A4 for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach Panama Junction. At the junction, turn left onto the B103 road. Follow the B103 for another 12 kilometers, and you will reach the entrance to Kumana National Park. Look for signs indicating the park entrance. Parking is available near the entrance, and you may incur a fee for parking.
