Relax Day Package from Bentota
It felt good.
I experienced Ayurveda for the first time. I took it in the morning of the return day, so the fatigue of the trip was light. I booked this course with Sirolada in it but it didn't. It was disappointing because I wanted to take Sirolada. I was glad to see the doctor because I could see the symptoms and get advice just by checking the pulse. On the way back, he drove me to my hotel in a tuk-tuk. It's a full-body oil massage, so it's a good idea to bring extra underwear or disposable paper pants. I also used oil for head massage, so it was moist and oily hair until I returned home and took a bath. If you are interested, you may want to take it by the day before you return home.

The massage was amazing. I received a special facial massage for my facial paralysis and a full body massage. I felt really zen and relaxed.
