From the centre of Ella, head towards the Ella Railway Station. Once you reach the station, you can catch a local bus heading towards Nawalapitiya. The bus stop is located right outside the station. Board a bus and inform the conductor that you are heading to Devon Falls. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and you will get off at the stop closest to the falls. From there, it's a short walk down Nawalapitiya - Dimbula Rd to reach Devon Falls.

You can hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Ella. Simply ask the driver to take you to Devon Falls. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure that you have the address ready: XJ2J+H26, Nawalapitiya - Dimbula Rd, Dimbula. It's wise to agree on a fare before starting the trip.

If you are feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Ella. Start by cycling along the main road towards the railway station.
