Tuk-Tuk
From the center of Galle, head towards the Galle Fort and look for a tuk-tuk stand. Once you find a tuk-tuk, tell the driver you want to go to Ahungalla Sea Turtles Conservation Project in Balapitiya. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. You will pass through several small towns and lush greenery along the way. Once you reach Balapitiya, ask the driver to drop you off at 72XQ+X38, which is the address of the conservation project.

From Galle, walk to the Galle Bus Station, which is located near the Galle Fort. Look for buses heading to Balapitiya; these buses will be marked with their destination on the front. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Balapitiya, get off at the main bus stop. From there, you can either walk or take a tuk-tuk to the Ahungalla Sea Turtles Conservation Project, which is located about 1 km away. Just ask locals for directions to 72XQ+X38.
