If you are driving, start from Hambantota city center. Head southeast on the A2 road towards Tangalle. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers. Look for signs to Hungama and take the exit towards the A22 road. Drive for about 10 kilometers until you reach the town of Hungama. The sanctuary is located at 1/81, Hungama 82120. Follow the signs leading to Kalametiya Bird Sanctuary. There is usually no parking fee, but verify local regulations when you arrive.
