The Stilt Fisherman is located near the beach at the coordinates X8PH+3M9, Koggala. You will recognize it by the unique sight of fishermen balancing on stilts in the water.

For a quicker option, you can hire a tuk-tuk. Simply find a tuk-tuk near your accommodation and tell the driver you want to go to the Stilt Fisherman in Koggala.
