The drive should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. As you approach Nuwara Eliya, look for signs directing you to the town center. Continue on the A7 until you reach the intersection with PBC Highway. Turn onto PBC Highway (XQ99+J7G) and continue for about 1 km. Victoria Park will be on your left.
