The bus fare will be minimal, and the journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you arrive at Rideegama, ask the conductor or locals for directions to Ridee Viharaya, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are staying near the Kandy Lake, you can take a leisurely walk towards the Kandy Bus Station to catch a bus to Rideegama. After reaching the bus station, follow the public bus instructions above. However, if you prefer walking, you could walk along the New Road from Rideegama town.
