If you are in the Kandy city center, start at the Kandy Lake and head towards the Kandy Railway Station. From the lake, walk down Dalada Veediya street until you reach the railway station. Once at the station, exit and turn left onto the Peradeniya Road. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers, which will take you through a bustling area filled with shops and local eateries.

From anywhere in Kandy, you can easily find a tuk-tuk by waving one down or using a ride-hailing app. Tell the driver to take you to 'Orchid Project, Augustawattha'. The destination is approximately 5 kilometers from the city center and should take around 10-15 minutes. Ensure the driver knows the exact address: 152, Orchid Project Augustawattha, Kandy.

From the Kandy bus stand, look for buses heading towards Peradeniya or any bus that stops at 'Augustawattha'. The fare is quite inexpensive, usually less than 50 LKR. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach the Augustawattha stop, walk about 500 meters down the road and you will find The Island Tours at 152, Orchid Project.
