Start at the Nuwara Eliya city center, near the post office. From there, head towards the famous Nuwara Eliya Golf Club, which is about a 10-minute walk away. Once you reach the Golf Club, continue walking straight until you reach the main road (A5). Cross the road and walk onto the pathway leading to the hill. Follow this path for approximately 20-30 minutes, enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding tea estates. Keep an eye out for signs leading to Glassaugh Falls, as you will eventually see a small path leading into the woods.

After reaching the small path into the woods from the previous walking directions, continue to follow this trail, which can be a bit steep and uneven, so wear suitable footwear. The hike should take around 30-40 minutes. As you make your way through the forest, listen for the sound of flowing water – this will guide you closer to the falls. Look for markers or local hikers for additional directions if needed. Once you reach Glassaugh Falls, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and take some photos.
