If you are starting from the Nuwara Eliya city center, head west along the Main Street (A5 road) towards the direction of the Grand Hotel. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with the Hawa Eliya Road. Turn left onto Hawa Eliya Road and continue straight for another 1.5 km. You will come to a fork in the road; take the right fork which leads towards Ramboda. Follow this road for approximately 2 km. You will soon see signs for the Oak Ray Tea Factory & Museum. The entrance is located on PBC Wwy. The total walking distance from the city center is approximately 5 km, so be prepared for a bit of a trek.
