If you are starting from the center of Nuwara Eliya, head towards the famous Nuwara Eliya Post Office on Post Office Road. Once you reach the Post Office, take the left onto the Main Street (also known as the Nuwara Eliya - Hatton Road). Walk along Main Street until you come to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Shanthipuara Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km. You will see RRC Band on your left side at the coordinates XQH3+QW4.
