Getting There

    From the center of Polonnaruwa, head east on the main road (A11) towards Habarana. Continue walking straight for about 4 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the A12 road. Turn right onto A12. Hurulu Eco Park is approximately 5 kilometers ahead on your left. Look for the entrance with signage indicating the park.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Polonnaruwa. Start at the main square and head east along the A11 road for about 4 kilometers. At the intersection with the A12 road, take a right turn. Continue cycling for another 5 kilometers, and you will find Hurulu Eco Park on your left. Enjoy the ride, but be cautious of traffic.

  • Tuk-tuk

    Find a tuk-tuk stand in the center of Polonnaruwa. Inform the driver that you want to go to Hurulu Eco Park on the A12 road. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, and enjoy the scenic views along the way.
