From the center of Ratnapura, head southwest on Main Street (A4) towards the Ratnapura - Balangoda Road (B40). Continue on B40 for approximately 3.5 km until you reach the junction with the M77P road. Take a left turn onto M77P and follow the road for about 1 km. Minee Ella will be located on your right at the coordinates 6.6645027, 80.2859387. There is no entry fee for Minee Ella, but parking may be limited.

From the Ratnapura bus station, take a bus heading towards Balangoda. Inform the conductor that you are going to Minee Ella. The bus will travel along the B40 route. After approximately 15 to 20 minutes on the bus, you will need to get off at the junction for M77P (ask the driver or locals for assistance). From there, you can either walk the remaining 1 km to Minee Ella or hire a tuk-tuk for a small fee (approximately 200 LKR). The bus fare should be around 50 LKR.
