    If you're traveling by car, the Meetiyagoda Moonstone Mine is located at No/565 Khawa Road, Meetiyagoda. From Galle, take the A2 highway heading east towards Matara. After about 30 km, take the exit towards the B3 road. Follow the B3 road for approximately 12 km, and then take a left onto Khawa Road. The mine will be on your right. There is no entrance fee to access the mine, but guided tours may have a fee.
