If you are starting from the Trincomalee Clock Tower, head south on Gaffoor Road for about 300 meters until you reach the junction with New Moor Street. Turn left onto New Moor Street and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see the Shri Badrakali Amman Hindu Kovil on your right at 24 New Moor Street.
