From Trincomalee town center, head east on Inner Harbour Rd towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach Fort Frederick. Walk past Fort Frederick and continue on the road towards the east. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the Shri Badrakali Amman Hindu kovil on your left.
