From the center of Unawatuna, head north on the main road, Galle Road (A2). Continue walking along this road for approximately 2.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for the Sea Turtle Hatchery & Rescue Center on your left side. It is located directly on the A2 road in Hikkaduwa, and the entrance will be clearly marked. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes.
