    From the Unawatuna beach area, head east along the beach road (A2). Keep walking past the various beachside cafes and shops. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a junction. Continue straight on A2. You will see the sign for Seenigama Muhudu Viharaya on your left after about 500 meters. The temple is located off the main road, so look for the entrance on the left.

    Find a tuk-tuk stand near the main beach area in Unawatuna. Tell the driver you want to go to Seenigama Muhudu Viharaya on A2. The ride will take about 7-10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will drop you off directly at the entrance of the temple.

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main beach area and head towards the A2 road. Follow the road east, cycling past local shops and eateries.
