From the center of Unawatuna, head southwest towards the main road (Galle Road). When you reach Galle Road, turn right and walk along the road for about 2 kilometers. Keep an eye on the signs for Mirissa. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see a sign directing you to Mirissa Beach. Follow this sign and continue straight until you reach the A2 road. Whale Watching Mirissa is located along this road in Mirissa on your left.

If you prefer a tuk-tuk, you can easily find one in Unawatuna. Simply ask the driver to take you to Whale Watching Mirissa on A2 Road. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.

You can take a local bus from Unawatuna to Mirissa. Head to the bus stop located on Galle Road. Look for a bus that has 'Mirissa' displayed on the front. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Mirissa, get off at the main stop. From there, it’s a short walk to A2 Road where you will find Whale Watching Mirissa.
