Turn left onto Sri Jayawardenepura Mawatha (A3) and continue straight. After approximately 5 km, take a right onto Mayura Place. St Anthony's Church will be on your left side. Parking is available on the street.

From Colombo Fort, take a bus towards Bambalapitiya or Havelock Town. Most buses heading along Galle Road will stop at various points in Colombo 6. You can get off at the 'Bambalapitiya' bus stop. From there, take a tuk-tuk or walk about 1 km down to Mayura Place. The church is a well-known landmark, so locals can guide you if needed. Bus fare is approximately LKR 40.

If you are near the Colombo Fort railway station, take a train towards Panadura or Aluthgama. Get off at the Bambalapitiya station.
