Exit Colombo Fort Station and head towards the main road, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Galle Road. Turn left onto Galle Road (A2) and continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The Old Katirēsan Vajira Pillaiar Temple will be on your right at Galle Rd, Colombo 00400.

Using public bus from Colombo City Center
From Colombo City Center, walk to the nearest bus stop. Take bus 101 or 100 heading towards Colombo 04. After about 15-20 minutes, get off at the 'Havelock City' bus stop. Walk back towards the junction and turn left onto Galle Road (A2). Continue walking for about 300 meters, and you will find the Old Katirēsan Vajira Pillaiar Temple on your right.
